Dwarf Lake Iris or Reticulated Iris?

OK, latest news. I've been told that this is not a Dwarf Lake Iris, but some look-a-like iris, a Reticulated Iris who's native range is Turkey, Iraq or Iran. It makes sense that this is just some store bought bulb. The habitat just isn't right, and the green leaves are too thin. The timing is also too soon for the true Dwarf Lake Iris. Oh well, it was good while it lasted.

in the spring of 2009 in my front yard!

It's a "Threatened species likely to become endangered in the foreseeable future," right there under the bushes in my front yard. NOT!

I first noticed it on Friday, April 3rd, 2009.
